Senior Human Resource Recruiter

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Human Resources Recruiter with 3-4 years of experience who can manage end-to-end recruitment processes and build a strong talent pipeline. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a structured approach to hiring, and the ability to maintain accurate candidate data, along with handling day-to-day HR activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Managed end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordination.
• Identify and attract candidates through job portals, social media, and other sourcing channels.
• Maintain and update a database of all applicants and candidates reached out to, ensuring proper tracking and follow-ups.
• Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidate fit.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure smooth scheduling.
• Maintain clear and professional communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Track hiring metrics and maintain recruitment reports.
• Knowledge of PF and ESI is a plus for handling employee engagement and operations like attendance management.
