Senior HR Generalist

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive Senior HR Generalist to manage end-to-end HR operations and the complete employee lifecycle. The ideal candidate should have experience in recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, payroll coordination, performance management, and HR compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete employee lifecycle (Hire to Exit).
• Handle end-to-end recruitment, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer roll-out.
• Conduct onboarding, induction, and employee documentation.
• Coordinate employee background verification.
• Prepare and validate monthly payroll inputs (attendance, leave, incentives, reimbursements, etc.).
• Manage probation, confirmations, performance appraisals, and performance management processes.
• Resolve employee grievances and maintain healthy employee relations.
• Plan and execute employee engagement activities.
• Handle resignation, exit interviews, offboarding, and Full & Final documentation.
• Maintain HR records, MIS, HR policies, and statutory compliance.

Preferred Skills

• Experience hiring for Digital Marketing, Pharmaceutical, and Sales roles is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HR operations, labour laws, and HR documentation.
• Hands-on experience with HRMS, MS Excel, and MS Office.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.

Qualification

• MBA/PGDM in HR or Graduate with relevant HR experience.
• 3–6 years of experience as an HR Generalist or Senior HR Generalist.
