Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and proactive HR professional to manage end-to-end Human Resources operations for our organization. The candidate will be responsible for handling recruitment, employee onboarding, HR operations, employee relations, policy implementation, and overall workforce management.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle complete recruitment process including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and hiring.
• Coordinate onboarding and induction process for new employees.
• Maintain employee records, attendance, leave management, and HR documentation.
• Manage internal HR operations and day-to-day employee coordination.
• Draft HR letters, offer letters, appointment letters, warning letters, and other HR-related documents.
• Support management in employee engagement and performance management activities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and HR procedures.
• Handle employee grievances and disciplinary actions when required.
• Coordinate exit formalities, resignations, and full-and-final settlements.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.
• Support management in building a positive workplace culture.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline is acceptable.
• Previous HR experience preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
• Basic knowledge of labour laws and HR practices.
• Proficiency in MS Office and email communication.
