Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems

Provide counselling on policies and procedures

Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process

Develop training and development programs

Assist in performance management processes

Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues

Maintain employee records (attendance, EEO data etc.) according to policy and legal requirements

Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance

Maintain the Bonus Register – Plant

Handling of labour contractors

This is a senior-level position reporting directly to the General Manager – Operations.

Transport facilities available from Vatva to Kheda

Note: Immediate joiners or candidates available to join at short notice will be given preference.

Candidates must have prior experience in a manufacturing environment, with responsibility for managing large teams of factory workers, staff, and labour contractors.
