What You'll Do

✅ Design and develop scalable backend services using Go (Golang)

✅ Build and maintain REST APIs, microservices, and distributed systems

✅ Develop cloud-native solutions leveraging AWS services

✅ Work closely with networking and security-focused teams to build reliable infrastructure platforms

✅ Implement Infrastructure-as-Code and automation practices

✅ Drive observability, performance optimization, troubleshooting, and production support

✅ Explore and apply modern engineering practices including Agentic AI and intelligent automation

Must-Have Skills

Backend Engineering (Go)

• 8+ years of overall software engineering experience
• 5+ years of hands-on Go/Golang development experience
• Strong experience building scalable backend systems
• Expertise in RESTful APIs and service-to-service communication
• Deep understanding of microservices architecture
• Experience with distributed systems design and implementation

Networking & Security Fundamentals

Strong knowledge of

• TCP/IP

• HTTP / HTTPS
• TLS and secure communications
• Load balancing concepts
• Protocol analysis

Hands-on experience with

• Network infrastructure
• Network troubleshooting
