As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you will work across the complete software development lifecycle, collaborating with product managers, UI/UX designers, backend developers, DevOps engineers, and business stakeholders to deliver responsive, user-centric, and scalable applications. You will contribute to application architecture, frontend engineering, backend API development, performance optimization, testing, deployment, and continuous improvement initiatives while ensuring exceptional user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Application Design & Development

• Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise-grade web applications using React.js and modern backend technologies.
• Build scalable, secure, and high-performance full stack solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Develop reusable components, shared libraries, and modular application architectures.
• Participate in the complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including requirements gathering, architecture, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Follow coding standards, design patterns, and software engineering best practices.

Frontend Development

• Build modern, responsive, and interactive user interfaces using React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), and TypeScript.
• Develop reusable UI components using component-based architecture.
• Translate UI/UX designs, wireframes, and business requirements into production-ready applications.
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility, mobile responsiveness, and accessibility compliance.
• Optimize frontend performance, page loading speed, and overall user experience.
• Implement state management solutions using Redux, Redux Toolkit, or Context API.

Backend Development

• Develop secure backend services using Node.js, Express.js, or similar server-side technologies.
• Design and develop scalable RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Integrate frontend applications with backend APIs and third-party services.
• Build authentication and authorization mechanisms using JWT, OAuth, or OpenID Connect.
• Optimize backend performance, scalability, and application security.
• Implement business logic, data processing, and API integrations.

Database Management

• Design, develop, and optimize relational and NoSQL database solutions.
• Write efficient SQL queries and optimize database performance.
• Work with MongoDB, PostgreSQL, MySQL, or similar databases.
• Maintain database integrity, indexing, and query optimization.
• Ensure secure and efficient data storage practices.

Testing, Documentation & Maintenance

• Develop unit tests, integration tests, and automated testing workflows.
• Troubleshoot application defects, production issues, and performance bottlenecks.
• Monitor application health and optimize system reliability.
• Prepare technical documentation, architecture diagrams, API documentation, and deployment guides.
• Maintain development records, implementation documentation, and release notes.
