Senior Full Stack Developer

We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer with 8-10 years of experience to build, enhance, maintain, and support real estate, title, settlement, and signing-order workflow platforms. The candidate should have strong hands‑on experience in PHP, Laravel, CodeIgniter, custom PHP frameworks, Vue.js/React.js, REST APIs, MySQL/PostgreSQL, secure integrations, and production application support.

Required Technical Skills

• Backend Engineering: PHP 8+, Laravel, CodeIgniter, custom PHP frameworks, MVC architecture, Composer, Eloquent/ORM concepts, middleware, queues, jobs, schedulers, events, REST APIs, webhooks, authentication, and authorization.
• Database Skills: MySQL/PostgreSQL schema design, indexing, query optimization, migrations, transactions, data integrity, reporting queries, and troubleshooting database performance issues.
• API and Integration Skills: REST API design, API documentation, OAuth/JWT, webhook handling, idempotency, retries, error handling, third‑party API troubleshooting, and integration monitoring.
• DevOps and Environments: Docker, Git/GitHub/GitLab, CI/CD, Linux basics, environment configuration, release management, logs, monitoring, and rollback awareness.
• Security: OWASP awareness, secure coding, role‑based permissions, MFA‑aware workflows, document access controls, audit logging, encryption concepts, and secure handling of sensitive transaction data.
• Testing and Quality: Unit/integration testing awareness, regression testing support, debugging tools, code review discipline, documentation, production validation, and support handover readiness.
• AI Tooling: Practical exposure to Claude, Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, OpenAI/LLM APIs, prompt writing, AI‑assisted testing, code explanation, and responsible AI usage.
