Senior Full Stack Developer-PHP

Job description: We are seeking a skilled and passionate Senior Full Stack Developer with a strong background in Laravel, ReactJS and experience in the HRMS domain to join our dynamic team.

Required Candidate profile

•

Web Application Development: Design, develop, and maintain full stack web applications using Laravel and ReactJS.

•

API Integration: Develop and integrate RESTful APIs to connect various services and ensure smooth data flow.

•

Database Management: Design and optimize database schemas using MySQL/PostgreSQL/MongoDB and ensure efficient data storage and retrieval.

•

Front-End Development: Build responsive user interfaces with ReactJS, ensuring a seamless user experience.

•

Back-End Development: Implement server-side logic and maintain the core application framework using Laravel.

•

HRMS Domain Expertise: Apply knowledge of HRMS systems to develop features related to employee management, payroll, attendance, performance evaluation, and other HR processes.
