Senior Full-Stack Developer (Node.js / React.js / Next.js)

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We need an engineer with strong, hands-on expertise in Node.js, React, and Next.js who can own features end to end and move fast without breaking things. Basic Python knowledge is required. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, handling live production projects, and debugging quickly under pressure. AI-assisted development is part of how we work day to day — you'll use AI coding tools to move faster while still deeply understanding and maintaining the core structure of the codebase.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ship full-stack features end-to-end using Node.js, React, and Next.js, owning the code from database to UI.
• Work on live production projects, diagnose and fix issues quickly with a fast, reliable debugging process.
• Use AI-assisted development tools (e.g. Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot) as part of your regular workflow to build and ship faster.
• Maintain a deep, working understanding of the core codebase structure — refactor and extend it thoughtfully rather than treating it as a black box, even when using AI tools to accelerate the work.
• Operate effectively in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and tight timelines.
• Write tests, handle deployments, and keep the system stable in production.

REQUIREMENTS

• Strong, production-level expertise in Node.js, React, and Next.js.
• Basic python knowledge is required.
• GIT and version control knowledge is required.
• Proven experience working in fast-paced environments and handling live/production projects. And in depth knowledge of AI workflows and basic AI principles.
• Fast, effective debugging skills — comfortable diagnosing and resolving production issues quickly.
• Genuine, daily experience with AI-assisted development tools, with the judgment to know when to trust, edit, or discard AI-generated code.
• Ability to understand and maintain the core structure of an existing codebase, not just add to it.
