Senior Full Stack Developer (Node.js + React / Next.js)

We are looking for a skilled Senior Full Stack Developer with 4+ years of experience in Node.js and modern frontend frameworks (React.js / Next.js) to join our growing team on contract basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining scalable, high-performance web applications, including both backend services and user-facing interfaces. You will work closely with client, stake holders, designers, product managers, and other developers to deliver high-quality, end-to-end solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimize server-side applications using Node.js.
• Build and manage modern frontend applications using React.js / Next.js.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs and integrate them with frontend applications.
• Develop responsive, high-performance UI/UX components.
• Collaborate with designers and product teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Ensure seamless integration between frontend and backend systems.
• Write clean, modular, reusable, and well-documented code.
• Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues across the stack.
• Stay updated with new technologies and suggest improvements to architecture and processes.
• Prior experience with banking or financial domain projects is preferred.

Preferred Skills

• 4+ years of professional experience in full stack development.
• Strong expertise in Node.js and JavaScript (ES6+).
• Proficiency in React.js and/or Next.js (SSR, SSG, routing, hooks).
• Experience with state management (Redux, Context API, etc.).
• Strong understanding of type script (TS) over JS.
• Experience with Express.js or similar backend frameworks.
• Good knowledge of databases such as MongoDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.
• Experience in API design and development (GraphQL is a plus).
• Understanding of microservices architecture.
• Experience with Next.js advanced features (SSR, ISR, middleware).
• Familiarity with testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress, etc.).
• Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Docker.
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
