Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Full-Stack Developer with deep expertise in frontend, backend, and database systems. The role requires ownership of application architecture, high-performance database design, connection pooling, scalability, and mentoring teams to deliver enterprise-grade solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Full-Stack Development

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-availability web applications
• Own end-to-end development from UI to database
• Build reusable, modular, and well-tested codebases
• Ensure performance, security, and reliability across the stack

Frontend Responsibilities

• Build modern, responsive UIs using:
• React / Angular / Vue /
• HTML5, CSS3, Tailwind, Bootstrap
• Manage complex state using Redux / Zustand / Context API
• Optimize frontend performance (lazy loading, code splitting)
• Ensure accessibility (WCAG) and cross-browser compatibility

Backend Responsibilities

• Design and implement backend services using:
• Node.js / Python / Java / .NET /NEST
• Express, FastAPI, Spring Boot, etc.
• Develop RESTful and GraphQL APIs
• Implement authentication and authorization:
• JWT, OAuth2, SSO, Role-Based Access Control (RBAC)
• Handle async processing, queues, and background jobs
• Implement caching strategies (Redis, in-memory caches)

Database & Data Engineering Responsibilities

• Design and manage relational and NoSQL databases:
• PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server
• MongoDB, DynamoDB, Redis
• Design normalized and denormalized schemas based on use cases
• Implement and manage database connection pooling:
• PgBouncer, HikariCP, Sequelize/TypeORM pools, SQLAlchemy pools
• Optimize database performance:
• Indexing strategies
• Query optimization
• Execution plan analysis
• Handle high-concurrency systems and transaction management
• Implement data consistency, isolation levels, and locking strategies
• Design and manage read replicas, sharding, and partitioning
• Implement database migrations and versioning
• Ensure data security:
• Encryption at rest and in transit
• Secure credentials and secrets management
• Monitor database health and performance metrics
• Handle backup, restore, and disaster recovery strategies

Architecture & System Design

• Design scalable architectures (monolith → microservices)
• Implement event-driven systems using Kafka/RabbitMQ
• Apply design patterns and best practices
• Perform system load analysis and capacity planning
• Ensure fault tolerance and graceful degradation

DevOps & Cloud Responsibilities

• Deploy and manage applications on:
• AWS / Azure / GCP
• Configure and optimize CI/CD pipelines
• Containerize applications using Docker
• Orchestrate services using Kubernetes
• Optimize infrastructure cost and performance

Leadership & Collaboration

• Lead technical discussions and architecture reviews
• Mentor junior and mid-level developers
• Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards
• Collaborate with product, QA, and DevOps teams
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and technical estimations
