Senior Frontend Developer 7+ Years

Location - Remote(South preferably Kerala)

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable, high-performance web applications using React.js and Next.js.
• Take ownership of frontend architecture, technical decisions, and implementation of complex features.
• Develop reusable, scalable, and maintainable UI components using React.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Build responsive, accessible, and cross-browser compatible user interfaces using HTML and CSS.
• Design and implement efficient REST API integrations and handle frontend-backend communication effectively.
• Optimize applications for performance, scalability, responsiveness, and maintainability.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to frontend coding standards, best practices, and design patterns.
• Identify technical challenges and provide effective solutions while maintaining code quality and long-term scalability.
• Collaborate closely with backend developers, UI/UX designers, QA engineers, and project stakeholders.
• Mentor and guide junior and mid-level frontend developers and contribute to improving team development practices.
• Participate in technical discussions, estimation, planning, and solution design for new and existing features.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex frontend issues, performance bottlenecks, and production defects.

Mandatory Skills & Experience

• 7+ years of professional experience in frontend development.
• Strong hands-on experience with React.js and building production-grade applications.
• Strong experience with Next.js, including developing scalable and performance-optimized web applications.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Strong experience with HTML and CSS and responsive web development.
• Strong experience integrating and consuming REST APIs.
• Strong understanding of frontend architecture, reusable component design, state management, and application performance optimization.
• Strong knowledge of modern frontend development practices, design patterns, and coding standards.
• Experience leading frontend development initiatives and taking ownership of technical solutions.
• Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience mentoring developers and conducting code reviews.
