Senior Frontend Developer, React

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Frontend Engineer with strong expertise in building scalable and high-performance web applications using React. The ideal candidate will lead frontend development efforts, define UI architecture, mentor team members, and deliver seamless user experiences across modern web platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of scalable frontend applications using React.js
• Architect reusable UI components and front-end libraries for future use
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers, backend developers, and product teams
• Translate business requirements into high-quality, responsive user interfaces
• Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and performance
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness
• Implement state management solutions (Redux, Context API, etc.)
• Integrate RESTful APIs / GraphQL services with frontend applications
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code
• Conduct code reviews and enforce frontend best practices
• Mentor junior and mid-level developers
• Drive frontend technical decisions and improvements
• Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives)

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in frontend development
• Strong expertise in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern ES6+ features
• Extensive experience with React.js and its ecosystem
• Deep understanding of component-based architecture
• Experience with state management tools (Redux, MobX, or Context API)
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs / GraphQL integration
• Experience with build tools like Webpack, Vite, Babel
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git
• Good understanding of responsive design and UI/UX principles
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

Preferred Skills

• Experience with TypeScript
• Knowledge of testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress)
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Exposure to micro frontend architecture
• Performance tuning and frontend optimization techniques
