The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise in React.js, Next.js, JavaScript, and frontend development along with excellent communication and leadership skills. The candidate will be responsible for developing scalable applications, mentoring team members, and coordinating with clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain responsive web applications using React.js and Next.js.

Build reusable components and optimize applications for maximum performance.

Collaborate with UI/UX designers, backend developers, and project managers.

Participate in requirement analysis, technical discussions, and project planning.

Lead frontend development activities and provide technical guidance to junior developers.

Ensure code quality through proper testing, code reviews, and best practices.

Integrate APIs and third-party services efficiently.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.

Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders regarding project updates and requirements.

Required Skills

Strong experience in React.js and Next.js.

Good knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design.

Experience with Redux, REST APIs, and component-based architecture.

Familiarity with Git/version control systems.

Understanding of frontend performance optimization techniques.

Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications
