Job Description & Responsibilities

We're looking for a Team Leader with strong frontend skills and a passion for Flutter or hybrid frameworks. Your main focus will be on crafting seamless, high-quality user experiences across mobile and web platforms. While backend experience is a plus, it's not mandatory, we care most about your ability to lead, mentor, and deliver great products.

Lead frontend initiatives with Flutter, React, Next.js, and React Native to build robust hybrid apps.

Collaborate closely with designers, backend engineers, and clients to understand requirements and deliver great solutions.

Guide and mentor junior team members, supporting them through debugging, troubleshooting, and career growth.

Simplify complex frontend challenges, making them accessible and actionable for the team.

Advocate for best practices in frontend architecture, performance, and accessibility.

Proven 4+ years experience as a frontend engineer or hybrid app developer, ideally with Flutter and web tech (React, Next.js, React Native).

Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken.

Track record of leading frontend efforts or teams. Backend experience (e.g., Node.js, FastAPI) is great to have, but not a mandatory requirement.

Work on cutting-edge, user-centric applications across web and mobile.
