We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Senior Financial Systems & Reporting Analyst to join our finance team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong accounting foundation who also enjoys working with financial systems, reporting, and business intelligence tools.

The ideal candidate will combine accounting expertise with advanced reporting capabilities to build, enhance, and troubleshoot financial reports while ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial data.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and improve financial reports and dashboards using Power BI.
• Build and automate recurring financial and operational reports.
• Analyze financial data to support business decision-making.
• Work with accounting and finance teams to ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Utilize Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central to extract and validate financial information.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes within Planful.
• Perform financial reconciliations and ensure data accuracy across multiple systems.
• Investigate reporting discrepancies and identify root causes.
• Develop creative solutions for reporting challenges and data accessibility issues.
• Create efficient reporting processes and recommend continuous improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand reporting requirements and deliver actionable insights.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 4–8 years of experience in Accounting, Financial Reporting, FP&A, or Financial Systems.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, including General Ledger, debits, and credits.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, Power Query, XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, and complex financial models.
• Hands-on experience with Power BI, including dashboard creation and data modeling.
• Experience using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Experience with Planful (or similar financial planning and performance management platforms).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting FP&A and management reporting.
• Knowledge of financial data integration and reporting automation.
• Familiarity with SQL or other data querying tools is a plus.
• Experience working with multiple ERP or financial reporting systems.
