Job Overview
We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Senior Financial & Business Analyst to support strategic financial planning, business performance analysis, and cash flow optimization across the organization.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in financial analysis, financial modeling, and FP&A / consulting / transaction advisory, preferably with exposure to Big 4 firms (Deloitte, EY, KPMG, PwC) or similar advisory environments.
This role requires a strong ability to work with complex financial data, generate actionable insights, and support senior leadership in decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform detailed financial analysis across business units to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
- Conduct cash flow and working capital analysis to improve liquidity and optimize capital usage
- Build and maintain financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and scenario analysis
- Analyze profitability, cost structures, and revenue drivers across product lines and business segments
- Prepare periodic MIS reports, dashboards, and performance reports for senior management
- Translate financial data into clear business insights and recommendations
- Support budgeting and forecasting cycles and variance analysis
- Evaluate and improve financial processes, controls, and reporting systems
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including operations, finance, and leadership
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3 to 7 years of experience in Financial Analysis, FP&A, Transaction Advisory, or Management Consulting
- Prior experience in Big 4 firms (Deloitte, EY, KPMG, PwC) or similar consulting/advisory firms preferred
- Strong understanding of
- Financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
- Working capital management
- Budgeting and forecasting
- Variance analysis
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (financial modeling, pivot tables, formulas; VBA/macros is a plus)
- Experience with Power BI or Tableau for data visualization (preferred)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
Educational Qualification
- Bachelors or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration
- Professional certifications such as CA, CFA, CMA, or MBA Finance are highly preferred
Preferred Experience
- Background in Big 4 / Consulting / Transaction Advisory / Corporate Finance / FP&A
- Experience working with senior stakeholders or executive leadership
- Exposure to multi-business or multi-segment organizations
