Senior Financial Analyst

About the Role

Ensure accurate reconciliation of Bill of Lading (BOL) with ATG data, resolve transaction discrepancies, and support process improvements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to strengthen internal controls, documentation, and overall operational accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform reconciliation of Bill of Lading (BOL) with Automatic Tank Gauge (ATG) data, identifying and analyzing variances within the accounting system
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve transaction-related discrepancies and inquiries in a timely manner
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate corrections and drive resolution of identified issues
• Analyze root causes of discrepancies and communicate findings to support continuous process improvement
• Assist in enhancing processes, maintaining documentation, and strengthening internal controls to ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and reconciliation skills with advanced Excel experience.
• 4+ years of Experience in Financial Services
• Hands on experience on General Ledger (GL) , Journal Entries , Month End closing, Accruals & Provision
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work cross-functionally
• Experience with Fuel accounting operations and Inventory reconciliation is a plus.
