Finance Analyst / Senior Finance Analyst

Location: Devanahalli (Near Kempegowda International Airport, KIADB SEZ Aerospace Park, Bangalore)

Working days: Monday to Friday

Timings: 8:30 AM 5:30 PM

Department: Finance & Accounts

Reporting To: Manager F&A

Qualifications: B.Com / M.Com

Experience: 3 to 5 years

Key Skills Required

• Strong accounting and taxation knowledge
• Good understanding of Indian GAAP
• Experience in banking, export & import transactions
• Knowledge of compliances, state laws & regulations
• Proficiency in MS Office, ERP systems, and Power BI (or similar tools)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills

Roles & Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes and identify improvement areas
• Prepare MIS and ad-hoc reports using Power BI / Excel / PPT
• Perform financial data analysis, reconciliation, and reporting
• Work on Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) cycle and AP forecasting
• Support audit processes (statutory, internal, tax)
• Review General Ledger and analyze variances
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities
• Ensure compliance in TDS/GST for vendor invoices
• Handle inventory, asset, and cost accounting
