Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Export Manager to drive international business growth for our packaging products across the US and European markets. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in export sales, international business development, customer relationship management, and market expansion within the packaging, plastics, or flexible packaging industry.

Key Responsibilities

· Develop and execute export sales strategies to achieve business growth in the US and European markets.

· Identify new business opportunities and acquire international customers and distributors.

· Manage existing international clients and ensure long-term business relationships.

· Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms with overseas customers.

· Prepare export quotations, proposals, and business presentations.

· Coordinate with production, planning, logistics, and documentation teams for timely order execution.

· Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, export documentation, and shipping procedures.

· Participate in international trade fairs, exhibitions, and customer meetings.

· Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitors, and growth opportunities.

· Monitor sales performance, prepare MIS reports, and achieve monthly and annual export targets.

· Resolve customer queries and provide after-sales support to maintain high customer satisfaction.
