Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in performance marketing, marketing automation, AI-powered content creation, website management, and creative design tools. The role requires a strategic thinker who can drive lead generation, optimise conversion funnels, and maximise return on marketing investments.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across multiple channels.

Plan, manage, and optimise Facebook and LinkedIn PPC campaigns to achieve lead generation and revenue goals.

Build, monitor, and optimise marketing funnels to improve customer acquisition and conversion rates.

Track campaign performance using key metrics, including ROI (Return on Investment) and ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) , and provide actionable insights.

Create and manage engaging marketing content using AI-powered tools and video production platforms.

Oversee website updates, landing pages, and campaign microsites on Shopify, Wix, and WordPress .

Design and produce marketing creatives using Canva and Adobe Creative Suite .

Collaborate with sales and business teams to align marketing campaigns with organisational objectives.

Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer behaviour to refine marketing strategies.

Implement SEO, email marketing, and marketing automation best practices where applicable.

Generate regular performance reports and recommend data-driven improvements.

Mandatory Skills and Qualifications

• 7–8+ years of experience in digital marketing and performance marketing.
• Hands-on expertise with Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and LinkedIn Ads campaign planning, execution, and optimisation.
• Strong understanding of marketing funnels , lead nurturing, and conversion optimisation.
• Demonstrated ability to analyse and improve ROI and ROAS across digital campaigns.
• Mandatory experience with AI-powered content and video generation tools, including:
• ElevenLabs
• HeyGen
• Hailuo AI (or similar AI video generation platforms)
• Other AI-based video editing and content creation tools

• Canva
• Adobe Creative Suite (including Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, or equivalent applications)

Preferred Qualifications
