We are looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Digital Marketing Executive to lead our digital marketing initiatives, strengthen our brands, and drive business growth.

What You'll DoDigital Marketing & Social Media

• Manage LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, WhatsApp, and other digital platforms.
• Build brand awareness and increase audience engagement.
• Plan and execute social media campaigns.

Content & Branding

• Create content calendars and marketing campaigns.
• Write captions, blogs, success stories, and promotional content.
• Develop branding materials, creatives, posters, and marketing assets.

Video & Creative Management

• Coordinate video shoots and content creation.
• Manage reels, shorts, and YouTube content.
• Design thumbnails, banners, and promotional creatives.

Lead Generation & Campaigns

• Support lead generation initiatives.
• Execute and monitor digital marketing campaigns.
• Analyze campaign performance and optimize results.

Analytics & Reporting

• Track KPIs, engagement, reach, and conversions.
• Prepare monthly marketing reports.
• Present insights and recommendations to management.

Team Leadership

• Mentor junior marketing and video editing team members.
• Conduct daily review meetings and monthly mentoring sessions.
• Support team growth and performance.
