Salary Range: Up to ₹9.6 LPA

We're looking for a Senior DevOps Team Lead to build and scale highly reliable infrastructure for globally deployed SaaS platforms.

This role goes beyond server management—we're looking for someone who can architect scalable, secure, and highly available systems that improve deployment speed, platform reliability, observability, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, manage, and optimize cloud and on-premise infrastructure.
• Build and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines.
• Establish monitoring, alerting, and observability systems.
• Implement infrastructure security best practices.
• Manage Dockerized environments and orchestration platforms.
• Work with backend and database teams on performance optimization.
• Handle production incidents and drive preventive planning.
• Lead and mentor the DevOps team while creating operational standards and documentation.

Experience Required

• 5+years in DevOps / Infrastructure Engineering
• 2+years leading teams or handling critical production infrastructure
• Experience managing production SaaS environments at scale

Pay: ₹900,000.00 - ₹960,000.00 per year
