Senior DevOps Engineer (DevOps / Infrastructure)

We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to lead key infrastructure initiatives and support our DevOps team. You will own deployment architecture across customer environments, resolve production issues, design deployment strategies, and act as the technical bridge between development teams and customers. You will also mentor 35 DevOps engineers while driving automation, scalability, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, size, and deploy Kloudspot instances across cloud, on-premise, and air-gapped environments.
• Own and enhance Kubernetes Helm charts for standardized deployments.
• Architect deployment strategies for new customer implementations and POCs.
• Lead production incident troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
• Monitor production and POC environments for health, reliability, and performance.
• Mentor a team of 35 DevOps engineers.
• Collaborate with development and QA teams on deployment architecture and releases.
• Act as the primary technical contact for deployment, networking, firewall, and infrastructure discussions.
• Maintain Bitbucket self-hosted runners and CI/CD pipelines.
• Develop automation using Bash, Golang, or Python.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps, Infrastructure Engineering, or related roles.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, GCP, and on-premise deployments.
• Experience working with air-gapped environments is preferred.

Technical Skills

• Linux administration, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
• Kubernetes (EKS, GKE, OKE), Helm chart development and maintenance.
• Docker containerization and orchestration.
• Networking: DNS, firewalls, routing, load balancing, and troubleshooting.
• Bash scripting for automation.
• Bitbucket Pipelines and self-hosted runners.
• Monitoring using Prometheus, Grafana, and kube-prometheus-stack.
• Bonus: Java/JavaScript debugging and Golang/Python development.
