We're looking for a Senior DevOps & Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to design, automate, secure, and scale the infrastructure that powers this ecosystem.

This role is for engineers who enjoy solving complex infrastructure challenges, eliminating manual processes through automation, and ensuring systems remain available, performant, and secure under growing demand.

About the Role

As a Senior DevOps & Cloud Infrastructure Engineer, you will be responsible for the architecture, deployment, automation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of EduRankAI's cloud infrastructure.

You will work closely with Engineering, Cybersecurity, Product, and AI teams to establish modern infrastructure practices and ensure operational excellence across all products.

Key ResponsibilitiesCloud Architecture

• Design and manage scalable cloud infrastructure.
• Implement high-availability and fault-tolerant architectures.
• Optimize infrastructure for performance, reliability, and cost.
• Support multi-environment deployments for development, staging, and production.

DevOps & Automation

• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning using Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Streamline deployment processes and release management.
• Improve developer productivity through automation and tooling.

Infrastructure Operations

• Monitor system performance, availability, and resource utilization.
• Implement centralized logging, monitoring, and alerting.
• Manage containerized applications and orchestration platforms.
• Perform infrastructure upgrades and maintenance with minimal downtime.

Security & Reliability

• Collaborate with Cybersecurity teams to implement secure infrastructure practices.
• Enforce identity and access management policies.
• Implement backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity strategies.
• Participate in incident response and post-incident reviews.

Collaboration

• Partner with Engineering teams to improve deployment workflows.
• Support AI and data workloads with scalable infrastructure.
• Work closely with Product teams to ensure platform reliability.
• Contribute to infrastructure documentation and operational standards.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline (or equivalent practical experience).
• 4–10+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or Infrastructure Engineering.
• Strong understanding of Linux systems administration.
• Experience designing and managing production cloud environments.
• Proficiency with automation and Infrastructure as Code practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Compensation

Annual CTC: ₹18,00,000 – ₹40,00,000 per annum

Compensation will be determined based on technical expertise, cloud architecture experience, automation capabilities, and interview performance.

Candidates with exceptional experience designing and operating large-scale cloud infrastructure may be considered for compensation beyond the advertised range.
