Senior Developer Lead

Role Overview

We are looking for a full stack developer with strong back-end expertise in Golang, NodeJS, Web APIs, along with SQL, NOSQL database experience and the front-end expertise in TypeScript, Lit The role involves building scalable, high-performance applications with a focus on clean architecture and maintainability.

Key Responsibilities

Build scalable backend services and APIs using Golang, NodeJS, Python/Java

Develop SQL, NOSQL Queries for the application

Develop and maintain reusable UI components

Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver high-quality solutions

Ensure code performance is vital and also huge data processing,

Ensure security and scalability of applications

Participate in code reviews and maintain coding standards

Debug and resolve issues across the full stack

Required Skills

Experience in backend development using Golang, NodeJS, Python/Java

Experience in TypeScript, Web Components and modern JavaScript (ES6+)

Experience with Mongo DB

Experience in the development of RESTful APIs and system integration

Experience with databases (SQL/NoSQL)

Experience with version control systems (Git), Agile Process,

Good to Have

Experience with microservices architecture

Experience of authentication/authorization mechanisms (JWT, OAuth)

Knowledge of testing frameworks (Jest, Go testing)

Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices

Understanding of performance optimization (frontend and backend)

Soft Skills

Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking

Good communication and team collaboration skills

Ability to take ownership of features end-to-end

Experience

8 to 14 years of development experience (flexible based on skill level)
