• **User Profiling & Auto-Segmentation:**

• Detect affinities and cluster interests that are applicable across diverse industries
• Implement ML-driven dynamic user segmentation
• **Attractiveness & Ranking Models:**
• Rank experiences/items based on the likelihood of engagement or conversion
• Move beyond relevance to consider attractiveness and intent-aware scoring
• **Experimentation & Impact Measurement:**
• Design testable models for A/B experiments
• Measure incremental impact on conversion, engagement, and retention

**Qualifications Required:**

• 46 years of industry experience in Data Science / Applied ML
• Strong foundations in machine learning (classification, clustering, ranking, recommendations), statistics, and experimentation
• Proficiency in Python and common ML libraries
• Strong SQL skills and experience working with large datasets
• Ability to independently tackle problems and make sound trade-offs
