Role & responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy machine learning, forecasting, and predictive analytics models to solve business problems and improve decision-making.• Develop and maintain scalable data pipelines using Python and SQL, integrating data from Snowflake and Azure environments.• Monitor model performance, automate retraining workflows, and implement MLOps best practices for continuous model improvement.• Collaborate with business stakeholders to deliver actionable insights, conduct what-if analysis, and mentor junior data science team members.

Candidate requirements:• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Data Science with expertise in Machine Learning, Forecasting, Regression, Classification, and Clustering techniques.• Strong programming skills in Python and SQL, with experience handling large-scale datasets and building end-to-end data solutions.• Experience working with Azure Machine Learning, Snowflake, and Azure Cloud environments.• Knowledge of MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, model deployment, monitoring, Azure DevOps, and Git.• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate complex analytical findings into business recommendations.
