Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior Data Engineer (Tagging & Tracking) with 6–9 years of experience to build, implement, and optimize digital analytics solutions across web and mobile platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Firebase Analytics, Google Tag Manager (GTM), Azure, AWS, ETL pipelines, and JavaScript. This role requires close collaboration with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and BI teams to ensure accurate data collection, reporting, and analytics implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain end-to-end tagging and tracking solutions for web and mobile applications.
• Configure and manage event tracking using Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Firebase Analytics.
• Build and maintain scalable ETL pipelines for analytics and reporting.
• Integrate analytics data with Microsoft Azure and AWS cloud services.
• Ensure data accuracy, governance, and tracking quality across digital platforms.
• Work closely with Product, Marketing, Engineering, and BI teams to define tracking requirements.
• Troubleshoot tracking issues and optimize analytics implementations.
• Implement best practices for data privacy, performance, and compliance.
• Support Technical SEO initiatives including structured data, crawl optimization, and web performance tracking.
• Create and maintain documentation for event taxonomy, tagging architecture, and implementation standards.

Required Skills

• 6–9 years of experience in Data Engineering.
• Strong experience in Tagging & Tracking implementation.
• Hands-on experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
• Experience implementing Firebase Analytics.
• Strong knowledge of Google Tag Manager (GTM).
• Experience building ETL pipelines and data engineering solutions.
• Strong SQL skills for data validation and analysis.
• Good knowledge of JavaScript for analytics implementation.
• Experience integrating analytics platforms with Azure and AWS.
• Knowledge of REST APIs.
• Understanding of Technical SEO and website performance optimization.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Firebase Analytics Certification.
• Google Analytics Certification.
• Microsoft Azure Certification.
• AWS Cloud Certification.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹210,000.00 per month
