As a Data Engineer‑ Senior Associate‑ Analytics as Service - Operate, you will play a pivotal role in supporting clients by streamlining operations, reducing costs, and enhancing efficiency through managed services. Within our Managed Services practice, you will focus on transitioning and running services, managing delivery teams, and optimizing processes to deliver exceptional services to clients. Your work will involve continuous improvement and the optimization of managed services processes, tools, and services.

As a Senior Associate, you will build meaningful client connections and learn how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality outcomes. Responsibilities

• Managing and optimizing managed services processes to enhance client operations and efficiency
• Leading project management efforts to streamline service delivery and minimize operational risks
• Developing and implementing automation solutions to improve process performance and reduce costs
• Collaborating with delivery teams to validate timely and effective service management and client support
• Utilizing analytical thinking to interpret data and provide actionable insights and recommendations
• Engaging in continuous process improvement initiatives to drive operational excellence and service quality
• Building and maintaining meaningful client relationships to understand and anticipate their needs
• Mentoring junior team members to foster professional growth and enhance team capabilities

What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 5+ years of experience in Data Engineer, Datastage , SQL, SAS
• Oral and written proficiency in English required
