We're Hiring: Senior Cloud Engineer

Are you an experienced Cloud Infrastructure Engineer with expertise in Azure, AWS, IIS, and SQL?

💼 Experience

5+ Years

🎓 Qualification

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of global Cloud Infrastructure teams.
• Support and maintain Azure, AWS, colocation datacenters, IIS, and SQL environments.
• Ensure high availability, reliability, and operational excellence of cloud infrastructure.
• Monitor infrastructure health and support incident response activities.
• Resolve customer escalations while maintaining excellent stakeholder communication.
• Lead and mentor team members through coaching, training, and knowledge sharing.
• Ensure adherence to incident, change, and operational management processes.
• Identify opportunities to improve cloud operations, documentation, and monitoring tools.
• Collaborate with India and UK teams to deliver seamless global infrastructure support.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with:
• Microsoft Azure
• Amazon Web Services (AWS)
• IIS Administration
• Microsoft SQL Server
• Experience managing mission-critical 24×7 cloud infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of cloud operations, monitoring, incident management, and change management.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate technical teams.
