Role Overview

We are seeking a versatile Senior UI/UX with strong visual and web design expertise to join our creative team on a contract basis. This role requires a modern designer who is proficient in industry-standard tools while staying ahead of the curve with emerging design technologies and AI-powered workflows. You'll craft exceptional digital experiences for enterprise B2B clients in the technology sector.

LOCATION - Mysore

Key Responsibilities

• Design intuitive, user-centered websites, web applications, and digital products optimized for tablet and mobile serving enterprise audiences
• Build brands from scratch - logos, typography, and entire visual design systems
• Create comprehensive design systems, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma
• Design and develop responsive websites and landing pages that drive conversions for B2B marketing campaigns
• Integrate interactive elements and micro-animations using tools like Spline, Rive, and Lottie to enhance user engagement
• Collaborate with developers to implement designs in React/Wordpress/Framer/Webflow and ensure pixel-perfect execution
• Conduct user research, competitive analysis, and usability testing to inform design decisions
• Leverage AI design tools and workflows to optimize productivity and explore innovative design solutions
• Work closely with graphic designers, content strategists, and account teams to deliver cohesive omnichannel experiences
• Maintain and evolve design systems across multiple client brands
• Present design concepts and rationale to clients and stakeholders with clarity and confidence

Required Skills & Experience

• 10+ years of total professional experience in UX/UI and web design, preferably in an agency or B2B environment
• At least 3 years of experience in brand and visual design
• Expert proficiency in Figma (components, auto-layout, variables, prototyping, design systems), Photoshop, Illustrator
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end digital product design and responsive web design
• Solid understanding of UX principles, information architecture, and user-centered design methodologies
• Experience designing for complex B2B websites, products, or technology services
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS fundamentals and design-to-development handoff best practices
• Strong visual design skills with attention to typography, color theory, and composition
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects with competing deadlines
• Excellent communication and presentation skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with modern design tools: Spline (3D design), Rive (interactive animations), Webflow (no-code development)
• Knowledge of AI-powered design tools (Figma AI, Relume, Galileo AI, ChatGPT for design workflows, Midjourney/DALL-E for assets)
• Experience with Framer, Principle, ProtoPie, or similar prototyping tools
• Familiarity with design tokens, accessibility standards (WCAG), and responsive design frameworks
• Understanding of motion design principles and After Effects
• Experience working in Agile/Sprint environments
• Basic front-end development skills (JavaScript, React, or similar frameworks)
