Senior Backend Java Developer (Karnal)

About the Role We're looking for a Senior Java Developer to design, build, and scale backend services for a high throughput, low latency platform with strict reliability and auditability requirements. You'll own end to end delivery—from design to production—collaborating closely with Product, QA, and DevOps Responsibilities - Design and implement microservices and event-driven components in Java (preferably Java 17+). - Model and optimize PostgreSQL schemas, queries, and transactions for performance and integrity. - Build resilient, observable services on AWS (ECS/EKS/Lambda, S3, RDS/Aurora, MSK/Kinesis, IAM). - Ship with strong CI/CD practices (GitHub Actions) and leverage GitHub Copilot to accelerate high quality delivery. - Ensure reliability, scalability, and fault tolerance (circuit breakers, retries, idempotency, backpressure). - Implement security and compliance controls (authz/authn, secrets, IAM policies, encryption at rest/in transit). - Own production operations: monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance tuning. - Contribute to architecture decisions, code reviews, and engineering standards.
