Senior Analytics Engineer, GTM

Zywave is hiring a Senior Analytics Engineer, GTM to own and improve the revenue data foundation across Salesforce, Snowflake, and other GTM systems. You'll work deep in SQL and Snowflake, consolidate multi-system data, and build the trusted data layer that powers accurate reporting across Sales, CS, and Finance.

What you'll do

• Build and maintain trusted GTM data models in Snowflake for pipeline, bookings, forecast, renewals, and churn reporting
• Reconcile Salesforce and Snowflake data so revenue metrics align across systems
• Lead data cleanup, standardization, and governance across GTM systems
• Consolidate data from Salesforce and other GTM tools (marketing, sales engagement, CS, finance platforms) into reliable datasets
• Build QA checks and reconciliation processes to catch mismatches before they hit leadership reporting
• Create semantic layers and curated views enabling analysts to build trusted dashboards
• Use AI tools to accelerate SQL development, QA, documentation, and automation

What you bring

• 5+ years in analytics engineering, data engineering, BI engineering, or RevOps analytics
• Strong SQL skills with hands-on Snowflake (or similar) experience
• Solid understanding of Salesforce data structures (accounts, opportunities, hierarchy, etc.)
• Experience reconciling data across systems and resolving source-of-truth conflicts
• Strong data governance, lineage, documentation, and QA skills
• Ability to work U.S. business hours

Nice to have

• Experience in B2B SaaS, insurtech, fintech, or HR tech
• Familiarity with Tableau, Power BI, Sigma, Looker, or Clari, Gong, Outreach, Gainsight
