PURPOSE OF ROLE

Under Armour is seeking a Senior Analyst – Concur Travel, Expense & Audit with deep expertise in the SAP Concur expense platform to support our global travel and expense program. This role goes beyond traditional system administration—requiring a strong understanding of system architecture, configurations, integrations, and data flow within Concur. The ideal candidate will serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for Concur, partnering closely with IT, Finance, and external vendors to support system enhancements, testing cycles, releases, and continuous improvement initiatives. This role is critical to ensuring the platform operates efficiently, accurately, and in alignment with corporate policy, compliance requirements, and global business needs. This position will report into Under Armour’s Senior Manager of Global Travel and will serve as a valued partner to all teammates who utilize Concur expense platform.

Reporting Structure: Direct line report to a manager employed by Under Armour Global Services Pvt. Ltd. In India and with dotted-line report into the Sr. Manager, Global Travel at UA

Headquarters in Baltimore, MD.

YOUR IMPACT (Job Responsibilities)

• Serve as the global subject matter expert (SME) for SAP Concur Expense, including deep knowledge of system configurations, workflows, integrations, and reporting structures
• Partner closely with IT and system stakeholders to support system upgrades, enhancements, releases, and defect resolution, including participation in testing cycles (UAT)
• Lead configuration and optimization of Concur including audit rules, expense types, workflows, policy enforcement, and system controls
• Troubleshoot complex system issues across system logic, configurations, and integrations
• Develop and maintain documentation and process flows for expense and travel
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying system gaps and automation opportunities
• Provide advanced reporting and analytics through Concur
• Support global travel and expense to support internal teammates questions/concerns
• Identify, report, and fix risk in travel and credit card compliance via frequent audits.
• Manage the Corporate Card program and integration with Concur
• Activate and terminate cards as needed.
• Approve credit card applications.
• Troubleshoot cards not working.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or business-related field and 2-4 years of experience working in Concur expense
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, SharePoint) (REQUIRED)
• Deep technical expertise in SAP Concur Expense is required, including configurations, workflows, reporting structures, and integrations (REQUIRED)
• Experience beyond administrative use, including system implementations, upgrades, and testing (UAT)
• Partnering with IT and vendors to manage system enhancements
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills to translate technical concepts into business impact

WORKPLACE LOCATION

Location: This individual must reside within commuting distance from our (UA India) office.

Work Schedule: This role follows a hybrid work schedule, requiring 4 days in-office per week
