About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Machine Learning Engineer / Data Engineer to join our growing AI team in Chennai.

In this role, you will design and build enterprise-scale Product Intelligence platforms that leverage Machine Learning, Semantic Search, Entity Resolution, Generative AI, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) to solve complex product matching and master data challenges across millions of records.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop enterprise-scale Entity Resolution and Product Matching platforms.
• Build AI-powered Semantic Search solutions using embeddings, vector databases, and ANN indexing.
• Develop ranking, scoring, and confidence calibration frameworks.
• Create multimodal AI solutions for image-based product matching and attribute extraction.
• Build Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines for intelligent product enrichment.
• Develop Human-in-the-Loop review workflows and Active Learning pipelines.
• Ensure scalability, governance, monitoring, and reliability of AI platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver business-driven AI solutions.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical architecture decisions.

Required Skills

• Strong programming skills in Python and SQL
• Experience with Semantic Search, Embeddings, Vector Databases, and ANN Indexing
• Expertise in Entity Resolution and Product Matching
• Experience with RAG, LLMs, and Generative AI
• Knowledge of Retrieval Evaluation Metrics (Precision@K, Recall@K, nDCG)
• Hands-on experience with Snowflake, Databricks, AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Familiarity with Multimodal AI and Agentic AI workflows
• Strong problem-solving and system design skills
