Senior AI Digital Marketing & SEO Specialist

Role Objective

The Senior AI Digital Marketing & SEO Specialist will own end-to-end digital marketing performance, with a primary focus on advanced SEO, AI-assisted search visibility, content authority, and lead generation.

This is a results-driven role, where success is measured through organic rankings, AI search presence, qualified leads, conversions, and ROI.

Key Responsibilities

SEO & AI Search Visibility

• Own and execute complete SEO strategy (Technical, On-page, Off-page, Content)
• Drive first-page rankings for high-intent keywords
• Improve organic traffic, topical authority, and AI-led discoverability
• Implement SEO structuring and AI SEO tagging for enhanced visibility
• Monitor and resolve technical SEO issues and site performance

Content & PR (Human-Written Only)

• Independently write SEO content, PR content, and brand authority articles
• Ensure all content is original, human-written, and brand-aligned
• Use AI tools only for research and structuring, not content generation

Lead Generation & Performance

• Drive qualified leads through organic and paid channels
• Build and optimise digital funnels (traffic → enquiry → conversion)
• Support SEM / Google Ads as an add-on skill when required

Analytics & Reporting

• Track performance using GA4, GSC, GTM, Ahrefs / SEMrush
• Report on rankings, traffic, leads, CPL, conversions, and ROI
• Provide clear insights and optimisation recommendations

Experience & Skills

• 5–8+ years hands-on experience in SEO and digital marketing
• Proven record of ranking competitive keywords and generating leads
• Strong expertise in Technical SEO, content strategy, and analytics
• Excellent human content & PR writing skills
• Experience with Google Ads is an advantage
• Strong ownership, analytical, and execution mindset

AI Usage Policy (Mandatory)

• AI tools (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, etc.) may be used only for research and insights
• No AI-generated content permitted for publishing
• All content must be written and refined by the individual

Work Mode

Onsite – Chennai Office

Full-time role with complete ownership of digital marketing performance

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
