About the Role

Our client, a leader in AI and emerging technologies, is seeking a highly analytical and experienced Senior AI Data Scientist specializing in Predictive Modeling to join their team in Vadodara, Gujarat . This role is instrumental in leveraging data to build sophisticated predictive models that drive business decisions and optimize outcomes. You will be responsible for the entire data science lifecycle, from data exploration and feature engineering to model development, validation, and deployment. The ideal candidate possesses a strong foundation in statistical modeling, machine learning algorithms, and data manipulation techniques, coupled with the ability to translate complex data insights into actionable business strategies. Key Responsibilities Develop, validate, and deploy advanced predictive models using statistical and machine learning techniques. Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for modeling. Clean, transform, and engineer features from large, complex datasets. Select appropriate modeling techniques and algorithms based on project requirements. Evaluate model performance using rigorous metrics and validation strategies. Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate models into production systems. Communicate complex findings and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Stay current with the latest advancements in data science, machine learning, and predictive analytics. Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to the team's knowledge sharing. Document methodologies, code, and results thoroughly. Requirements Master's or Ph.D. in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field. Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in data science, with a strong focus on predictive modeling. Proven experience building and deploying machine learning models in a production environment. Expertise in statistical modeling, regression analysis, time series forecasting, and classification algorithms. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R, and experience with data science libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch). Strong SQL skills and experience working with large datasets and databases. Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Matplotlib, Seaborn, Tableau). Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills. Strong communication and presentation skills. Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Spark) is a plus.
