Job Description
- We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. AEM Functional Tester to join our team and play a critical role in the quality assurance process for our AEM projects.In this role, you will leverage your in-depth knowledge of AEM functionalities and testing methodologies to identify and address potential issues before they reach production.
- Experience with other CMS tools (e.g., WordPress, PIM tools like Spider or STIBO) (a plus).
- Basic understanding of system data structures, data flows, and IT landscapes (a plus).
- Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
- Excellent documentation skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects effectively.
Job Responsibilities
- Strong understanding of the AEM platform, including Sites, Forms, Assets & DAM, Experience Fragments, and Content Fragments.
- Proven experience in testing AEM implementations, with a focus on functional, regression, and user acceptance testing.
- Experience working on at least 2-3 large AEM projects as a Quality Assurance Engineer.
- Testing Skills :
- Ability to analyze business processes, anticipate requirements, and identify areas for improvement.
- Expertise in manual testing methodologies, including in-depth functional and regression testing.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and troubleshoot AEM issues.
- Experience creating detailed test plans, test cases, and defect reports.
- Communication and Collaboration :
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with developers, designers, product managers, and other stakeholders.
- Ability to clearly articulate test findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience working in an Agile/SCRUM environment (a plus).
