Senior AEM Functional Tester - Regression Testing|Bangalore|8+Years

• Mandatory Skills:

AEM Expertise (4-6 years experience):

• Strong understanding of the AEM platform, including Sites, Forms, Assets & DAM, Experience Fragments, and Content Fragments.
• Proven experience in testing AEM implementations, with a focus on functional, regression, and user acceptance testing.
• Experience working on at least 2-3 large AEM projects as a Quality Assurance Engineer.

Testing Skills:

• Ability to analyze business processes, anticipate requirements, and identify areas for improvement.
• Expertise in manual testing methodologies, including in-depth functional and regression testing.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and troubleshoot AEM issues.
• Experience creating detailed test plans, test cases, and defect reports.

Communication and Collaboration:

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with developers, designers, product managers, and other stakeholders.
• Ability to clearly articulate test findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience working in an Agile/SCRUM environment (a plus).

Additional Skills:

• Experience with other CMS tools (e.g., WordPress, PIM tools like Spider or STIBO) (a plus).
• Basic understanding of system data structures, data flows, and IT landscapes (a plus).
• Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
• Excellent documentation skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects effectively.
