Senior Accountant

SENIOR ACCOUNTANT (5+ years experience)

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (CA Inter/MBA Finance preferred)

Immediately required for a FMCG Manufacturing Unit in Thanjavur,

Looking for candidates with good experience in

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting using Tally ERP
• Handle cash transactions, maintain the cash book, and perform regular cash reconciliation
• Generate and manage E-way bills
• File GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) accurately and on time
• Handle TDS deduction, deposit, and quarterly filing
• Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
• Ensure statutory compliance (GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESI, etc.)
• Write professional emails for payment follow-ups and invoice clarifications
• Follow up with customers on pending payments and documents
• Coordinate with internal and statutory auditors
• Prepare monthly/quarterly MIS reports and assist in budgeting
• Reconcile bank statements and customer/vendor ledgers

Industry background experience an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
