Position Summary

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Senior Accountant – Dutch Accounting &

Audit Support to strengthen our growing team.

In this role you will support Dutch accountants and auditors in preparing financial

information, audit files, tax working papers and statutory financial statements. You will work

closely with our Dutch team and contribute to delivering high-quality services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

As Senior Accountant you will be responsible for

 Preparing bookkeeping and financial records;

 Reviewing accounting transactions and reconciliations;

 Preparing year-end working papers;

 Supporting Dutch accountants in the preparation of annual financial statements;

 Assisting Dutch auditors with the preparation of audit files and audit

documentation;

 Preparing audit schedules, lead schedules and supporting documentation;

 Assisting with audit evidence collection and file organization;

 Preparing VAT working papers;

 Assisting in the preparation of Dutch corporate income tax and personal income tax

working papers;

 Preparing management reports and financial analyses;

 Performing quality control and internal review procedures;

 Working with Dutch accounting software and Microsoft Excel;

 Maintaining accurate documentation in accordance with Dutch quality standards.

Required Qualifications

Applicants should possess

 ACCA Qualification (completed);

 Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Commerce or Finance;

 Minimum 3–5 years of experience in an accounting firm;

 Strong accounting knowledge;

 Excellent analytical skills;

 Good command of English (written and spoken);

 Experience with Microsoft Excel;

 Ability to work independently and as part of an international team.

Experience with audit engagements will be considered an advantage.
