Location: Bangalore / Jabalpur

Work Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Job Overview

STCO Consulting LLP is seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to join our dynamic finance team. This role requires a highly motivated individual with a strong foundation in accounting, financial reporting, taxation, and compliance. You will oversee daily accounting operations, guide junior team members, and contribute to efficient financial decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end Accounts Payable and Receivable processes
• Classify and maintain Fixed Assets accurately
• Perform and review bank reconciliations regularly
• Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff
• Provide expert guidance on complex accounting issues
• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in compliance with statutory standards
• Prepare and present MIS dashboards for senior management
• Finalize books of accounts at year-end and assist during audits

Requirements

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in accounting and financial operations
• Minimum 1–2 years of hands-on experience with NetSuite ERP
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the Office Suite
• Strong attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Capable of working both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
