Role Description The Senior Accountant (US, UK, Australia) and Tax Preparer (US, UK, Australia) will manage end-to-end accounting and tax functions for a portfolio of clients, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting and tax compliance. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing and reviewing financial statements, maintaining general ledgers, reconciling accounts, and overseeing periodic closing activities. The role will also involve preparing and filing tax returns, reviewing supporting documentation, staying updated on relevant tax laws and regulations, and advising clients on tax planning opportunities. The Senior Accountant and Tax Preparer will collaborate with internal team members, respond to client queries, and help improve processes and documentation standards. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Coimbatore.

Qualifications

• Strong accounting skills, including preparation and review of Financial Statements and solid knowledge of Accounting principles.
• Demonstrated expertise in Tax Preparation and Tax Compliance, with the ability to handle a variety of Tax filings and related documentation.
• Ability to interpret and apply tax and accounting regulations, with attention to detail and accuracy in all work.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certifications (such as CA, CMA, CPA-equivalent) are an advantage.
• Proficiency with accounting and tax software, spreadsheets, and general office tools.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple client engagements.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills and the ability to explain financial and tax concepts to clients in an accessible way.
• Previous experience in public accounting or a tax-focused role, preferably in a similar on-site environment.
