Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Senior Account Manager to oversee and manage the complete accounting and financial operations of the organization. The candidate should have strong leadership skills, financial knowledge, and experience in handling accounts, taxation, audits, budgeting, and statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations and financial activities
• Supervise accounts payable and receivable processes
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reports
• Handle GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and other statutory compliances
• Coordinate with auditors, banks, and government authorities
• Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and financial planning
• Verify invoices, payments, and expense statements
• Maintain proper accounting records and documentation
• Reconcile bank statements and ledger accounts
• Ensure timely salary processing and vendor payments
• Prepare MIS reports for management review
• Lead and guide the accounts team for smooth operations
• Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations
• Support management in financial decision-making and cost control

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Tally, ERP, MS Excel, and accounting software
• Good understanding of taxation and audit procedures
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Leadership and team management ability
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting

Preferred Industry

• Hospital / Healthcare Industry preferred

Salary

As per industry standards and experience

Reporting To

Finance Head / Director / Management

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
