Number of Vacancies: 01 Job SummaryLivestream Coffee LLP is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Account Manager to oversee and manage the company’s accounting operations, financial reporting, taxation compliance, payroll processing, and audit coordination. The ideal candidate should possess strong accounting knowledge, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to ensure accurate financial management while supporting business growth. Key Responsibilities : ·Maintain accurate books of accounts and oversee daily accounting operations. ·Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable functions. ·Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual bank reconciliations. ·Prepare and analyze financial statements, profit & loss accounts, and balance sheets. ·Ensure timely GST compliance, return filing, and reconciliation. ·Calculate, deduct, and file TDS returns as per statutory requirements. ·Process payroll and ensure compliance with applicable labor laws. ·Prepare MIS reports and financial summaries for management review. ·Monitor cash flow and prepare cash flow forecasts. ·Assist in budgeting, financial planning, and forecasting activities. ·Coordinate with internal and external auditors during audits. ·Ensure compliance with accounting standards, taxation laws, and company policies. ·Maintain proper accounting records and documentation. ·Support management with financial analysis and business decision-making. ·Supervise and guide junior accounting staff, if required. ·Perform any other duties assigned by the management from time to time. Qualifications & ExperienceEducational Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / CA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification. Experience: 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in Accounts & Finance. ·Experience in Hospitality, Restaurant, Retail, Manufacturing, or related industries will be preferred. Required Skills : ·Strong knowledge of Accounting Principles and Financial Reporting. ·GST, TDS, and Taxation Compliance expertise. ·Advanced Microsoft Excel skills. ·Financial Analysis and Budgeting capabilities. ·Cash Flow Management and Forecasting. ·Audit Coordination and Documentation. ·Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. ·Team Management and Leadership abilities. ·High attention to detail and accuracy. Software Knowledge : ·Tally Prime (Mandatory) ·MS Excel (Advanced Level) Compensation & Benefits: Salary: Up to ₹50,000 per month (based on experience and qualifications) Benefits: ·Provident Fund (PF) ·Paid Leaves ·Yearly Bonus ·Other company benefits as per policy Working Hours : Monday to Saturday ·10:00 AM to 7:30 PM Notice Period Preference : Candidates with a notice period of less than 1 month will be preferred.
