About The Role

We are looking for a Segment PEL Lead / Analyst to support project execution through financial data analysis, segmentation tracking, and reporting. This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate financial insights and enabling effective decision-making across business segments.

Key Responsibilities

• Support project execution with financial data analysis
• Track progress across business segments and report insights
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency in reporting
• Assist in P&L segmentation and performance monitoring
• Build and maintain dashboards and MIS reports
• Collaborate with stakeholders for business insights

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong background in financial analysis and reporting
• Experience with P&L segmentation and data tracking
• Proficiency in Excel and reporting tools
• High attention to detail and data accuracy
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills

• 5–6 years preferred
