Position Overview

We have an immediate requirement for 3 L1 Security & Service Operations Engineers for a customer engagement supporting AWS-hosted services and security operations.

Work Location & Shift Requirements

• Customer location: Noida
• Initial 3 months: Work from the customer site for training and onboarding
• Post-training: Night shifts may be performed remotely based on customer approval
• 24x7 rotational shift support:
• Weekdays: 3 shifts of 8 hours
• Weekends: 2 shifts of 12 hours

Key Responsibilities

• Monitoring and alert handling using tools such as Grafana Cloud and AWS CloudWatch
• Ticket management through Freshservice or similar ITSM platforms
• Customer communication via email and incident notifications
• Incident troubleshooting and escalation as per defined runbooks
• DDoS monitoring and escalation
• AWS operational and security incident support
• Endpoint security monitoring and management
• Support for OTT, DRM, Watermarking, and EV charging security-related platforms

Required Skills

• 3-5 years of experience in SOC, Service Operations, NOC, or Cloud Operations
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of AWS Cloud services
• Understanding of Windows and Linux environments
• Experience with monitoring, alerting, and incident management tools
• Experience in ticket handling and customer communication
• Good verbal and written English communication skills

Knowledge of scripting (PowerShell, Bash, or Python) will be an added advantage
