Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven SEO Manager ,for our Calicut office, with 5+ years of experience to lead our SEO initiatives and drive organic growth. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in SEO strategy, client management, team leadership, project execution, and AI-powered marketing tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic rankings, website traffic, and overall business performance.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the SEO team to ensure quality delivery and continuous growth.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients and provide strategic SEO recommendations.
• Understand client requirements, business goals, and project objectives to deliver effective SEO solutions.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, technical SEO audits, and content optimization.
• Utilize AI tools to improve SEO workflows, content creation, keyword research, competitor analysis, and reporting.
• Monitor website performance using SEO and analytics tools and provide actionable insights.
• Collaborate with content, design, development, and marketing teams for successful project execution.
• Manage multiple projects while ensuring deadlines, quality standards, and client expectations are met.
• Stay updated with SEO trends, Google algorithm updates, AI advancements, and industry best practices.
• Drive a results-oriented approach focused on measurable growth and business outcomes.

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of SEO experience, preferably in a digital marketing agency.
• Strong knowledge of Technical SEO, On-Page SEO, Off-Page SEO, Content Strategy, and Organic Growth.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity, Surfer SEO, Jasper, or similar platforms.
• Excellent client management and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven experience in team management, mentoring, and leadership.
• Strong understanding of project planning, workflows, and execution.
• Highly collaborative and able to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
• Results-oriented with a proven track record of improving rankings, traffic, and business performance.
• Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, and Screaming Frog.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
