Search Engine Optimization Team Lead

Lascade is looking for an experienced SEO Lead to own and scale our organic growth across multiple global software products.

We’re building Travel platforms, AI-powered tools, mobile applications, subscription products, and high-traffic websites. We’re looking for someone who understands modern SEO—not just rankings, but how to grow real users, generate qualified traffic, and create long-term business impact.

What You’ll Do

• Own the SEO strategy across all Lascade products.
• Build topical authority and long-term organic growth plans.
• Perform keyword research and identify high-impact opportunities.
• Plan website architecture, internal linking, and content strategy.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Content teams to improve SEO performance.
• Monitor rankings, organic traffic, conversions, and business impact.
• Identify content gaps and growth opportunities.
• Optimize existing content while planning new landing pages and content clusters.
• Analyze competitors and recommend strategies to stay ahead.
• Stay up to date with search engine updates and emerging SEO trends.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of hands-on SEO experience.
• Strong understanding of Technical SEO, On-page SEO, Off-page SEO, and Content SEO.
• Experience with large websites or multiple projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work closely with developers, designers, and content writers.
• Experience using Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog, or similar SEO tools.
• Ability to prioritize SEO opportunities based on business impact.

• Experience with Programmatic SEO.
• Experience growing SaaS or international websites.
• Knowledge of AI-assisted SEO workflows.
• Experience managing or mentoring SEO teams.
